As a budget traveler, I'm always on the lookout for free activities, and Julian exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite things to do was walking around town and admiring the historic buildings. The Julian Town Hall and the old-fashioned storefronts captured the essence of the town's rich history. I also found the Julian Mining Company to be a fantastic free experience. Even though I didn't find any real gold, panning for gemstones was a thrilling adventure. Finally, I loved hiking to the Eagle Peak Preserve to witness the breathtaking panoramic views of the countryside. Julian truly offers an abundance of free and enjoyable activities.
