I recently visited Salem and was pleasantly surprised to find so many amazing free things to do! One of my favorites was exploring the Salem Maritime National Historic Site. The park is beautiful and offers great views of the water. I also loved checking out the Peabody Essex Museum, which is free to visit on the third Thursday of every month. Salem is definitely a must-visit destination for anyone on a budget!

I was on a tight budget during my trip to Salem, so I was thrilled to discover all the free activities the city has to offer. The Salem Witch Trials Memorial was a powerful and moving experience. It's a solemn reminder of the dark history of the town. Another highlight was walking along the Salem Heritage Trail. It's a self-guided tour that takes you to all the historic sites in the city. I learned so much about Salem's fascinating past.
