I recently visited Tybee Island for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how many free activities there were to do! One of my favorite things was walking along the beautiful beach and collecting seashells. It was so relaxing and I felt like I was really getting in touch with nature. Another free activity I enjoyed was visiting the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum. The tall lighthouse provided amazing views of the island and it was interesting to learn about its history. Tybee Island is a hidden gem when it comes to free activities. My family and I had a blast exploring the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. They had interactive exhibits and even touch tanks where we could learn about the local marine life up close. Another fun and free thing we did was renting bikes and riding along the island's bike paths. It was a great way to see the sights and get some exercise at the same time. Lastly, we spent an afternoon checking out the Tybee Island Farmers Market, where we sampled local produce and crafts. Tybee Island is truly a paradise for those on a budget!

I recently took a weekend trip to Tybee Island and was amazed at how many free things there were to do! One of my favorite activities was exploring the Fort Pulaski National Monument. The historic fort was fascinating to explore and the park surrounding it was perfect for a picnic. I also enjoyed taking a walk along the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion.
