For international travel, group bookings can be made up to 331 days prior to departure for Europe and North Africa, and Southern and West Africa. For travel within the United States and Canada, group bookings can be made up to 240 days prior to departure.

Delta also offers flexible options for smaller groups of at least 10 people that need up to 20 rooms and more flexibility with travel details. These groups can save up to $250 per booking. The savings are as follows:

• Save $250 on flight and hotel bookings of $7,500 or more
• Save $100 on flight and hotel bookings of $4,000 to $7,499
• Save $50 on flight and hotel bookings of $2,500 to $3,999
