Eligibility
To be eligible for a Vietnamese passport, you must be a citizen of Vietnam. Passports are issued by the Department of Immigration on behalf of the Ministry of Public Security.
Documents
- Completed application form for passport issuance
- Three standard passport photos (2x2 inches): one photo glued to the application and two stapled with it
- Biography (not applicable for newborn applicants)
