Last weekend, my family and I decided to beat the Florida heat by visiting Sarasota and we were thrilled with the indoor options. One of our highlights was the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium. It was fascinating to see all the different marine life and learn about conservation efforts. We also spent a rainy afternoon at the Sarasota Classic Car Museum. The collection of vintage cars was impressive and my kids loved pretending to drive them. Sarasota definitely has something for everyone, even on those rare rainy days.
