Kentucky is a hidden gem when it comes to outdoor activities. I had the chance to go kayaking in the Cumberland Falls State Park and it was incredible. The waterfall is stunning and the river is perfect for kayaking. Another highlight was visiting the Natural Bridge State Resort Park.
