I absolutely love visiting New England in April! One of my favorite things to do is to go hiking in the White Mountains. The trails are just starting to thaw out and the weather is perfect for a day hike. I also highly recommend visiting the Boston Marathon, which usually takes place in mid-April. It's such an amazing atmosphere and it's so inspiring to see the runners push themselves to the limit. April is also the perfect time to explore all the quaint coastal towns in Maine. From Portland to Bar Harbor, there's something so charming about these towns in the springtime.
