I recently visited Bokeelia, FL and I couldn't believe how many amazing things there were to do! One of my favorite activities was fishing at the Bokeelia Fishing Pier. The view was absolutely stunning, and I managed to catch some really big fish too! Another highlight of my trip was visiting the Randell Research Center. The archaeology trails were fascinating, and I learned so much about the Calusa Indians and their history in the area. Lastly, I highly recommend taking a boat tour to visit the nearby islands. The crystal clear waters and secluded beaches were like something out of a dream. Bokeelia truly is a hidden gem!

I recently spent a weekend in Bokeelia, FL and had such a wonderful time exploring the area. One of my favorite activities was renting a kayak and exploring the mangrove tunnels. It was so peaceful and serene, and I even spotted some dolphins swimming nearby! I also recommend checking out the Bokeelia Shell Mound, which is a unique archaeological site. It's incredible to see the shells that were left behind by the Calusa Indians thousands of years ago. Lastly, don't miss the opportunity to try some fresh seafood at the local restaurants. The Gulf shrimp and stone crab claws were absolutely delicious!
