If you're looking for a unique and enriching vacation, I highly recommend visiting Cap Haitien. One of the top things to do here is to take a guided tour of the Sans-Souci Palace. Learning about the history and architecture of this UNESCO World Heritage site was truly fascinating. Another highlight was exploring the historic town of Milot, where you can visit the beautiful Milot Church and the ruins of Sans-Souci Palace. And of course, no trip to Cap Haitien is complete without trying the local rum! I had the chance to visit the Rhum Barbancourt distillery and it was a great experience. The rum tasting was definitely a highlight! Overall, Cap Haitien offers a unique blend of history, culture, and natural beauty that is sure to leave you with lasting memories.
