Cold Spring is a hidden gem! One of the highlights of my visit was exploring the historic West Point Foundry Preserve. It was fascinating to learn about the area's industrial past and see the remains of the ironworks. I also enjoyed taking a scenic boat ride on the Hudson River - the views of the surrounding mountains were stunning. And let's not forget about the food! I had some incredible meals at the local restaurants, like Riverview Restaurant and Roundup Texas BBQ. I highly recommend visiting Cold Spring if you're looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway.

I recently visited Cold Spring and it was such a charming town! One of my favorite things to do was take a stroll down Main Street and check out all the unique shops and boutiques. I also loved going for a hike in Hudson Highlands State Park - the views were absolutely breathtaking. And of course, no trip to Cold Spring is complete without a visit to Moo Moo's Creamery for some delicious homemade ice cream. I can't wait to go back and try more of the amazing things this town has to offer.
