As a history buff, one of my favorite things to do in Columbia Heights is visiting the historic Tivoli Theater. The architecture is stunning and it's such a cool experience to watch a movie in such a iconic venue. They also host live performances and events, so there's always something happening there. It's definitely a must-visit if you're interested in the history and culture of the neighborhood.

Whenever I have friends visiting from out of town, I always take them to Meridian Hill Park in Columbia Heights. It's a beautiful park with stunning views of the city, and it's a great place to relax or have a picnic. On Sundays, you can also catch the drum circle, which is such a unique experience. It's a hidden gem in the neighborhood, and I always enjoy spending time there.
