I visited Cuchara, Colorado last summer and had an amazing time exploring all the things to do in this beautiful mountain town. One of my favorite activities was hiking in the nearby Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The trails were well-marked and offered stunning views of the surrounding scenery. After a long day of hiking, I enjoyed relaxing by the Cuchara River and watching the sun set over the mountains. The town also had some great local restaurants where I indulged in delicious food and friendly conversations with the locals. Overall, Cuchara is a hidden gem and I can't wait to go back!
