Whether it's hiking in the scenic Maurice River Bluffs Preserve or kayaking along the peaceful Cohansey River, there are endless opportunities for outdoor adventures. Additionally, Cumberland County boasts a rich history, with historic sites like the Cohanzick Zoo and the East Point Lighthouse. The local arts scene is also thriving, with art galleries and theaters showcasing the talent of the community. There is truly something for everyone in Cumberland County!

Exploring the natural surroundings is definitely one of my favorite pastimes. I often find myself getting lost in the beauty of the Maurice River Bluffs Preserve and finding my inner peace while kayaking along the Cohansey River. I had the pleasure of visiting Cumberland County last summer and was blown away by the variety of things to do. One highlight was visiting the beautiful Parvin State Park, where I spent the day hiking the trails and picnicking by the lake. The county is also known for its agricultural heritage, and I had a blast picking fresh blueberries at one of the local farms. If you're a history buff, make sure to check out the Millville Army Air Field Museum and the Vineland Historical and Antiquarian Society. Cumberland County truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to come back and explore more of its hidden gems!
