The kids loved exploring the historic homes and gardens, and they even got to see some of Thomas Edison's inventions up close. During our trip to Fort Myers, we made sure to visit Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve with our kids. The nature trails were perfect for a peaceful walk while spotting alligators and other wildlife. The kids were amazed by the different ecosystems and we even saw some turtles and egrets along the way. It was a great way to experience Florida's natural beauty with the family.
