We even stumbled upon a farmers market happening and picked up some delicious local produce. Overall, Grass Valley definitely exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to visit again!

I've been lucky enough to live in Grass Valley for the past few years and there is always something fun to do here. One of my favorite activities is hiking the trails at Empire Mine State Historic Park. The views are absolutely breathtaking and it's such a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Another great thing to do in Grass Valley is to visit one of the local wineries. There are so many to choose from and it's a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Grass Valley has something for everyone to enjoy!
