I recently had the opportunity to explore Hakone and it was such a magical experience. One of my favorite things to do there was to visit the Hakone Shrine. Hakone is such a hidden gem in Japan! I recently visited and had the most amazing time. One of the best things to do there is to take a cruise on Lake Ashi. The views of Mount Fuji from the lake are absolutely breathtaking. I also highly recommend visiting the Hakone Open-Air Museum. It's filled with beautiful sculptures and art pieces, and the outdoor setting makes it even more enjoyable. Don't forget to try the famous black eggs at Owakudani too! They're boiled in the natural hot springs and it's said that eating one will add seven years to your life. Hakone is definitely a must-visit destination if you're in Japan!
