If you love the water, you have to try kayaking in Hernando Beach! There are various rental places where you can easily hop on a kayak and explore the crystal clear waters. Paddling through the mangrove islands was such a unique experience. Not to mention, the wildlife spotting was incredible - I saw dolphins swimming alongside my kayak!
