I visited Houghton, Michigan last summer and I absolutely loved exploring the beautiful outdoor attractions. The Keweenaw Peninsula offers stunning hiking trails with breathtaking views of Lake Superior. I also had a blast kayaking and paddleboarding on the tranquil Portage Waterway. The local breweries and restaurants in Houghton also deserve a mention; I had some of the best craft beers and delicious wood-fired pizzas. Overall, Houghton is a hidden gem in Michigan and I highly recommend visiting!

Houghton, Michigan has such a vibrant arts and culture scene! I recently attended the Houghton Art & Music Festival and it was a blast. The local artists displayed incredible talent and there was live music playing throughout the day. I also enjoyed taking a stroll down Main Street and exploring the unique boutiques and art galleries. Plus, the community is so welcoming and friendly. I can't wait to visit Houghton again and immerse myself in its artistic charm.
