I had the opportunity to spend a weekend in Lexington, VA and I had such a great time! One of the highlights for me was visiting the Washington and Lee University campus. It's such a beautiful campus with a lot of history. I also highly recommend taking a stroll along the Chessie Nature Trail. The trail offers stunning views of the Maury River and the surrounding nature is so peaceful. Another must-do in Lexington is visiting the local wineries. There are a few vineyards in the area that offer wine tastings and it's a great way to spend an afternoon. Overall, Lexington, VA has a lot to offer and I can't wait to go back and explore more!
