I had the pleasure of visiting Livingston Manor last summer and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! One of the highlights was visiting the Fly Fishing Museum of the Southern Catskills. Even though I'm not much of a fisherman, I found the museum to be incredibly interesting and educational. I also made sure to stop by Main Street Farm, a local farm market that sells fresh produce and homemade goodies.
