I'm glad to hear that your kids enjoyed learning about dinosaurs and fossils through hands-on exhibits. It must have been a wonderful opportunity for them to participate in interactive activities and discover new things. MacGregor Park also sounds like a fantastic spot for family fun, with its playground, picnic areas, and water feature. I can imagine how much joy your little ones had playing and cooling off on a hot day. Longmont definitely sounds like a great destination for a memorable family getaway!

I recently visited Longmont, CO with my family and we had an amazing time exploring all the family-friendly attractions in the area. One of our favorite things to do was visit the WOW! Children's Museum. It is a hands-on museum with interactive exhibits that kept my kids entertained for hours. We also enjoyed a day at Union Reservoir. It is a beautiful lake with a sandy beach and plenty of water activities like paddleboarding and kayaking. The kids had a blast swimming and playing in the water. Longmont is definitely a great destination for a fun-filled family vacation!
