I recently visited Lubbock with my two kids, and we had such a blast exploring the city! One of our favorite things to do was visit the Science Spectrum Museum. They had so many interactive exhibits that kept my kids entertained for hours. We also loved taking a walk through the Joyland Amusement Park - the rides were perfect for their age group.
