Oh wow, I've actually been to Mt Jackson, VA! It's a small town with so much charm. One thing you absolutely have to do while there is visit the Shenandoah Caverns. The caverns are absolutely breathtaking and the tour guides do an amazing job of explaining the history and geology behind the formations. Another activity I highly recommend is going on a scenic drive through the Shenandoah Valley. The views are absolutely stunning, especially during the fall when the leaves are changing colors.
