I recently went to North Loop Minneapolis and had a blast exploring the food scene there. One restaurant that really stood out to me was The Bachelor Farmer. The vibe was cozy and the food was absolutely delicious. I also loved walking along the Mississippi River. The views were breathtaking and it was such a peaceful way to spend an afternoon.
