The natural thermal pools were incredibly relaxing, and the lush surroundings made it feel like a tropical paradise. During my visit to Pereira, Colombia, I had the opportunity to take a coffee tour at a local coffee plantation and it was absolutely fascinating. Learning about the history and process of coffee production was eye-opening, and of course, tasting the freshly brewed coffee was a treat for the taste buds. Another must-do activity in Pereira is visiting the Matecana City Zoo. The zoo is home to a wide variety of animals, including lions, tigers, and even bears. It was a unique experience to see these animals up close and learn about their conservation efforts. Overall, Pereira is a diverse city with plenty of activities to suit every interest.
