The Flying J Ranch has a gourmet chuckwagon dinner followed by a Western-style music and comedy show. There's also the Pillow's Funtrackers amusement park, and the Ruidoso Bowling Center.

- There are plenty of indoor activities to escape the weather in Ruidoso. The Hubbard Museum of the American West showcases the region's cowboy and Native American history. The Ruidoso Athletic Club has an indoor pool, basketball court, and fitness center. For a more relaxing indoor activity, visitors can visit the Blue Lotus Day Spa for massages, facials, and body treatments.

- Ruidoso has a diverse shopping scene, with plenty of local boutiques and specialty shops. Midtown Ruidoso has many shops and restaurants, and the Ruidoso Valley Chamber of Commerce frequently holds holiday shopping events. For bargain hunters, there are a few thrift stores and antique shops in the area as well.

I recently visited Ruidoso in November and had the most amazing time! One of my favorite things to do was to explore the Lincoln National Forest. The colors of the leaves were just breathtaking and it was so peaceful to hike through the trails. I also made sure to check out the Ruidoso Winter Park where I had an absolute blast tubing down the slopes. Definitely a must-do if you visit in November!

I've been going to Ruidoso every November for the past few years and it never disappoints. One of my favorite activities is horseback riding through the beautiful mountains. The crisp autumn air combined with the stunning scenery is a truly magical experience. Another must-do is visiting the Hubbard Museum of the American West. Last November, I had the pleasure of visiting Ruidoso and it was such a memorable trip. I highly recommend taking a scenic drive along the Billy the Kid Scenic Byway. The views are absolutely stunning and it's a great way to appreciate the natural beauty of the area. I also couldn't resist trying out the local cuisine, especially the New Mexican dishes. The green chile stew at one of the restaurants I went to was out of this world. Ruidoso truly is a gem in November!
