You can take a hike through the McDowell Sonoran Preserve or paddleboard along the Salt River. You can also hit up one of the many golf courses in the area.

There are usually several Memorial Day Ceremonies at local cemeteries and the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park hosts a themed train ride. Additionally, there are a variety of concerts and festivals taking place, including the Scottsdale Arts Festival.

Scottsdale is known for its amazing food scene, so there are plenty of options for dining out. You can try a classic steakhouse like Mastro's or go for something a little more international, like Virtù Honest Craft or Citizen Public House.

I highly recommend checking out the Scottsdale Arts Festival during Memorial Day weekend. I went last year and it was such a great experience. The festival features incredible artwork from local and national artists, live music, and delicious food vendors. It's a perfect way to spend a day with friends or family. Don't miss it!

One of the highlights of my Memorial Day weekend in Scottsdale was visiting Old Town Scottsdale. The area is filled with charming shops, galleries, and restaurants. I loved strolling through the streets, browsing unique boutiques, and enjoying delicious southwestern cuisine. It's a great place to unwind and immerse yourself in the local culture. I visited Scottsdale during Memorial Day weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! One of the things I did was explore the gorgeous hiking trails in the area.
