If you're looking for a fun day out in Maine, I highly recommend checking out Searsport. There are so many great things to do there! One of my favorite activities was going for a bike ride along the Penobscot Bay Cycle Path. The scenery along the trail is absolutely breathtaking and it's a great way to get some exercise too. Another highlight for me was visiting the Moose Point State Park. The park has some beautiful hiking trails and it's a great spot for a picnic or just enjoying the outdoors. I also had a blast exploring the downtown area and checking out the local shops and restaurants. Searsport is a hidden gem in Maine and I can't wait to go back and explore more!
