One of my favorite activities was hiking through Talcott Mountain State Park and taking in the breathtaking views from the Heublein Tower. Another must-visit spot is the Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center, where I caught a fantastic outdoor concert. And of course, you can't miss out on the local dining scene - the farm-to-table restaurants in Simsbury are amazing! Overall, Simsbury is a hidden gem in Connecticut and I can't wait to go back.
