One of our favorite family-friendly destinations in South Carolina is Brookgreen Gardens. This beautifully landscaped garden and sculpture park offers a peaceful escape for both parents and children. My kids loved wandering through the gardens, spotting various animal sculptures, and learning about the plants and wildlife native to South Carolina. There's even a Lowcountry Zoo where you can see alligators, otters, and other local animals up close. The highlight for us was taking a boat ride through the salt marsh and spotting herons and egrets. It's a perfect place to enjoy nature and spend quality time with your family.
