I just got back from a trip to Upcountry Maui and it was a dream come true for nature lovers. One of my favorite things to do was hiking the Pipiwai Trail in Haleakala National Park. This trail takes you through a bamboo forest and ends at the incredible Waimoku Falls. The hike was challenging but so worth it for the stunning views. Another highlight of my trip was visiting the Surfing Goat Dairy. This family-owned goat farm offers tours where you can learn about the cheese-making process and even feed the goats. Plus, the cheese tasting at the end was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a unique and scenic adventure in Maui, definitely check out Upcountry!
