The park has a great playground for kids, walking trails, and even a beach for swimming. We also spent a day exploring the shops and restaurants in downtown Delafield. I highly recommend stopping by the Delafield Brewhaus for some delicious food and craft beer. The highlights of the weekend were definitely our visits to the local wineries. Both Pieper Porch Winery and Vineyard and Studio Winery had excellent wine and beautiful views. Waukesha County is a hidden gem and I can't wait to go back!

I recently visited Waukesha County and had an incredible weekend exploring all the amazing things to do. One highlight was hiking at the beautiful Retzer Nature Center. The trails were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the surrounding nature. I also visited the Ten Chimneys historic site, which was full of interesting history and beautiful gardens. The farmers market in downtown Waukesha was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh produce and local crafts. Overall, Waukesha County has so much to offer and I can't wait to go back and explore more!
