One of my favorite spots was Cascade Station, which is just a short distance away. They have a great selection of restaurants and shops, perfect for passing the time. I also loved exploring Columbia Park, which is a beautiful park located nearby. It was a great way to get some fresh air and stretch my legs before my next flight. Overall, I was impressed with the variety of activities available near the airport.

If you find yourself with some extra time near Portland Airport, I highly recommend checking out Laurelhurst Park. It's a beautiful park with lots of green space, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic. I also had the chance to visit the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI), which is located nearby. The museum has interactive exhibits that are both educational and entertaining. It was a fantastic way to spend a couple of hours and learn something new. Don't miss these great attractions if you have some time to spare near the airport!
