I recently had a layover at the Salt Lake City Airport and was pleasantly surprised by all the things to do nearby. One of my favorite activities was going to the Great Salt Lake, which is only about 15 minutes away. The views were absolutely breathtaking and I had a great time floating in the saltwater. Another fun thing I did was visit the Utah Olympic Park, where I got to see the ski jumps and even try out the bobsled track.
