Fort Carson is such a great place to explore and discover new things! I highly recommend checking out the outdoor recreational opportunities on base. There are so many hiking trails and camping spots that are perfect for a weekend adventure. Plus, the views of the surrounding mountains are absolutely breathtaking. Don't forget to visit the Fort Carson Historical Museum too, it's a fascinating place to learn about the history of the base. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

One of my favorite things to do is visit the Fort Carson Family Resilience Center. They offer a wide range of programs and workshops to help military families thrive and support one another. From parenting classes to marriage retreats, there's something for everyone. I also enjoy attending the various events and social gatherings organized by the base community center. It's a great opportunity to meet new people and make lifelong friends.
