If you're looking for a charming and laid-back getaway, the North Fork is the place to be. During my visit, I had the opportunity to take a leisurely stroll through the lavender fields. The sight and scent of the blooming flowers were simply breathtaking. I also spent a day kayaking on the calm waters of the Peconic Bay. It was a peaceful and serene experience, surrounded by nature's beauty. And of course, I couldn't resist a visit to the local breweries. The craft beers were absolutely delicious, and the breweries themselves had a great atmosphere.
