If you're looking for some outdoor activities in Santa Maria, CA, I suggest visiting the Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes. It's a unique and beautiful natural landmark that offers hiking trails and stunning views of the ocean. Another great outdoor spot is the Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum. It has a great outdoor play area for kids and plenty of interactive exhibits to keep them entertained. Lastly, make sure to visit the Santa Maria Brewing Company. I just got back from a trip to Santa Maria, CA and I highly recommend checking out the Rancho San Julian. It's a historic ranch that offers guided tours and it's such a beautiful place to visit.
