The ferry ride is fairly inexpensive and once you're there, you can explore beautiful beaches, snorkel in clear waters, and even rent a scooter to zip around the island. Another budget-friendly activity is to take a dip in a cenote, natural swimming holes that are perfect for cooling off on a hot day.
