I recently took a weekend trip to St. Louis with my friends, and we were amazed by how affordable the city is. We had a blast visiting the St. Louis Science Center, where admission is free. They have so many hands-on exhibits and even a planetarium. Another cheap activity we enjoyed was exploring the Soulard Farmers Market. We picked up fresh produce, sampled delicious local treats, and enjoyed live music. And of course, we couldn't miss out on trying some St. Louis-style pizza. We found a great local pizzeria that offered affordable prices and authentic flavors. Overall, St. Louis is a city that offers so much to do on a budget.

As someone who loves history, St. Louis was a dream destination for me. The Missouri History Museum is a must-visit, and the best part is that admission is free. They have fascinating exhibits on the Lewis and Clark expedition and the history of St. Louis. I also made sure to visit the Gateway Arch, which you can ride to the top for a small fee. The views of the city from up there are absolutely breathtaking. Another cheap activity I enjoyed was taking a stroll through Forest Park, which is one of the largest urban parks in the country. It's so peaceful and has beautiful landscapes.
