During my visit to Ausable Chasm, I made sure to stop by High Falls Gorge, and it did not disappoint. The waterfalls were incredibly beautiful and the walking trails were well-maintained and easy to navigate. It was a great way to spend a few hours surrounded by nature. Plus, they have a lovely gift shop where you can find unique souvenirs to remember your trip by. Definitely a must-see!

I recently visited Ausable Chasm and had a blast exploring all the nearby attractions. One of my favorite things to do was hiking the trails at Silver Lake Mountain. The views from the summit were absolutely stunning and it was such a peaceful and serene experience. If you're a history buff like me, you won't want to miss the Battle of Plattsburgh Interpretive Center near Ausable Chasm. This place offers a fascinating insight into the War of 1812 and the pivotal role that Plattsburgh played in the conflict. The interactive exhibits were informative and engaging, and the knowledgeable staff were happy to answer any questions. It was a great way to learn something new and gain a deeper appreciation for the area's history.
