One of my favorite things to do with my kids in Anchorage is going on a wildlife cruise in Resurrection Bay. We have taken several tours with Major Marine Tours, and each time we have been lucky enough to spot whales, sea lions, and even otters! It's such a thrilling experience for my kids to see these incredible creatures up close in their natural habitat. Another must-do activity is visiting the Alaska Native Heritage Center, where children can learn about the rich indigenous cultures of Alaska through interactive displays and traditional performances. Wow, I never knew Anchorage had so many fun things to do with kids! Last summer, my family and I visited the Anchorage Museum and were amazed by the interactive exhibits and kid-friendly activities.
